20th Century Fox Announces Release Dates for Death on the Nile and More

20th Century Fox has announced a group of new release dates for upcoming movies, including the sequel to Murder on the Orient Express, which will be Death on the Nile. The sequel, based on the classic Agatha Christie novel, will feature Kenneth Branagh returning as detective Hercule Poirot. It will hit theaters on December 20, 2019.

The film shifts back from its original release date of November 8. Unfortunately, that date puts the film against Star Wars: Episode IX and the big screen adaptation of Wicked from Universal Pictures.

The James Mangold Ford v. Ferrari movie project is currently set for a June 28, 2019 release date. The film is set to star Matt Damon and Christian Bale. The film is slated to open up against the Cowboy Ninja Viking movie starring Chris Pratt.

Finally, the action-comedy Stuber is set for a May 24, 2019 release date. The film is set to star Dave Bautista and Kumail Nanjianji. The film is directed by Michael Dowse and is written by Tripper Clancy. It will follow an Uber driver who has to go on a night of adventure with a detective.
