Amazon Picks Up Jordan Peele-Produced Nazi Drama The Hunt

Jordan Peele’s latest TV series The Hunt has a home at Amazon. The service has picked up the Nazi drama according to THR. David Weil created the series, and will write and serve as an executive producer while Peele’s Monkeypaw Productions produces with Sonar Entertainment.

The ten-episode series will tell the real life-inspired story of a group known as the Hunters living in New York City in 1977. The Hunters discover that hundreds of former high-ranking Nazi officials are living among them and conspiring to create the Fourth Reich in the U.S. The group then sets out on a bloody quest to bring the Nazis to justice and thwart their new genocidal plans.

As of now, no release date is set.
