Apple Orders Comedy Series From Rob McElhenney and Charlie Day

Apple has given a series order to Rob McElhenney and Charlie Day’s new comedy, according to a new report. Deadline reports that the as-yet-untitled comedy has a straight-to-series order. McElhenney and Day, who co-star in It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, wreote the series which is described as a “cutting-edge comedy that is set in a video game development studio and will explore the intricacies of the human condition through hilarious and innovative ways.”

McElhenney and Day will also executive producer the series via their RCG production banner alongside 3Arts’ Michael Rotenberg and Nicholas Frenkel and Gérard Guillemot, Jason Altman and Danielle Kreinik for Ubisoft.
