Becky Lynch Reportedly Filmed Post-Credits Scene For Marvel’s Eternals

Becky Lynch reportedly filmed a role for an MCU film, though her work never made it to the screen. Fightful Select reports that the WWE star, who made her in-ring return at Survivor Series, was cast to play an unknown role in a post-credits scene for Eternals.

Obviously, such a scene never appeared in the film as the site notes, writer Kris Tapley has recently noted that Lynch’s scene ended up cut. Fightful reports that the scene was (like most stingers) to set up something for a future film, though details on the role are not yet known the scene was apparently deemed “too depressing.”

Lynch noted in an interview with ComicBook.com that she was still talking with Marvel, saying, “Maybe there could be something in the future. Maybe, maybe… we don’t tell secrets around here. We don’t tell Marvel secrets around here.” Fightful notes that Lynch could end up being used in future films.

The post-credits scene that did appear in Eternals featured Harry Styles as the Eternal Eros (aka Starfox) and Patton Oswalt as Pip the Troll.
