Benedict Cumberbatch Confirms Reshoot Plans For Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness

Benedict Cumberbatch has confirmed that reshoots are set to begin next month for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. The star appeared on Today on Monday and confirmed that there will be reshoots beginning in November and running through December.
The film was set to release on March 25th, 2022 but was delayed along with the rest of Phase Four. It will now open on May 6th of next year. It stars Cumberbatch as the titular character alongside Chiwetel Ejiofor, Benedict Wong, and Rachel McAdams, who are reprising their respective roles as Mordo, Wong, and Dr. Christine Palmer. It will additionally feature the MCU debut of Xochitl Gomez as America Chavez.
Sam Raimi is directing the film.
