Colin Farrell and Common Join Cast of Eve

Deadline.com reports that Colin Farrell and Common have signed on to join the Voltage Pictures and Freckle Films action drama Eve. The film is set to star Jessica Chastain.

Farrell will play the role of Simon, a black ops organization leader whom Chastain’s character works for. Common will portray the character of Eve’s ex-fiancee Michael.

The project is said to be a character study revolving around a female assassin. Chastain is set to star ina nd produce the film with her Freckle Films banner. Tate Taylor is directing the project.

Eve is being executive produced by Jonathan Deckter. Babacar Diene is serving co-producer on the film for Voltage Films.
