DC Studios Presents a New Body Horror Thriller in Teaser Trailer for Clayface

DC Studios is going full body horror thriller with its next chapter, the upcoming movie, Clayface. The first teaser trailer for the upcoming feature was released today, and you can view the new foray into the genre below. The teaser trailer was initially shown to theatrical exhibitors and media last week at CinemaCon in Las Vegas.
The upcoming movie is directed by James Watkins and stars Rhys Harrries in the title role of the Gotham City villain. The story follows the descent of a rising Hollywood star to a revenge-filled monster, in a story that explores the loss of one’s identity and humanity, corrosive love, and the dark underbelly of scientific ambition.
The upcoming comic book adaptation features a script by Mike Flanagan and Hossein Amini, with a story by Mike Flanagan. It’s produced by Matt Reeves, Lynn Harris, James Gunn, and Peter Safran.
Clayface hits theaters on October 23.
