Details On Bill Cosby’s First Week In Prison

TMZ reports that Bill Cosby is staying active while in prison, as he was sentenced to 3-10 years last Tuesday. He’s currently waiting on the staff to move him into the general population at the Pennsylvania State Correctional Institution Phoenix in Schwenksville, Pennsylvania.

His representative Andrew Wyatt says he gets breakfast in his cell, before getting moved through the facility by a personal guide since he’s legally blind. He uses the library, yard and other facilities. He has lunch and dinner in either his cell or an open room. He also talks with prison staff, who have reportedly been respectful and treated him well. He gets calls every day from his wife Camille, and the conversations (which only last a few minutes) are about appealing his conviction. He can’t have visitors for another week.
