We’ve had hints of it for a while, but it’s official now: Disney+ will be a place for PG-13 and younger content only. Entertainment reporter Eric Vespe confirmed the news with a representative at D23 Expo over the weekend (per ComicBook.com) when he asked a rep for the service whether any of Fox’s R-rated content will end up on the service.

According to Vespe, the rep told him that Disney+ will be for PG-13 content and softer only. When asked if R-rated material from FOX will end up on Hulu, he says he “just got a smile and ‘that’s a good assumption’ in return.”

This is not a surprising development; Disney has been suggesting it for a time. However, this is the first confirmation from someone in a position at Disney that it would be the case. That means films like Deadpool, Aliens and the like will, if kept on Disney’s in-house streaming platforms, be Hulu-bound.

Disney+ launches on November 12th.
