Disney+ Will Include Captain Marvel, Most Star Wars Films at Launch

A new article has gathered all the confirmed content for Disney+ at launch, and it includes Captain Marvel was well as most Star Wars films. Lifehacker reports that when the service launches on November 12th, it will be light on the Marvel products but lean more heavily into its Star Wars, Pixar, and animated classic content.

Only four MCU films will be immediately available at launch: Captain Marvel, Iron Man, Iron Man 3, and Thor: The Dark World. More will be added as the service ramps up. On the other hand, all Star Wars films will be available up through Rogue One. That means the first seven Saga films, with only Last Jedi, the Clone Wars animated film and Solo not available right off the bat. (Also available will be the Star Wars Rebels, The Mandalorian and Clone Wars series.) All Pixar films will be available except Toy Story 4.

Meanwhile, the Disney titles are below, along with the launch day television series. It’s worth noting that these are only the confirmed launch offerings; there could be several more offerings that just have yet to be confirmed.
