First Clip Released For WWE’s The Main Event

Netflix has released the first clip for its WWE Studios film The Main Event. You can see the clip below, in which Leo (Seth Carr) returns from home and his grandmother (Tichina Arnold), learning someone’s giving him trouble at school, drops a Stone Cold Steve Austin reference. The film also stars Adam Pally, Ken Marino, Kofi Kingston, The Miz and Sheamus and releases on April 10th.

When 11-year-old Leo Thompson (Seth Carr) discovers a magical wrestling mask that grants him super strength, he uses it to enter a WWE competition. With the support of his grandmother (Tichina Arnold), Leo will do whatever it takes to achieve his dream of becoming a WWE Superstar. Can one kid win it all, in the face of epic challengers in the ring?
