First Look at Matt Damon In Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey

Christopher Nolan is going mythical with his next film The Odyssey, and the first look at Matt Damon as Odysseus is online. Universal Pictures revealed the first look at Damon as the mythological figure on Monday, and you can check it out below.

The film stars Damon, Tom Holland, Zendaya, Robert Pattinson, Lupita Nyong’o, Anne Hathaway, Charlize Theron, Benny Safdie, Jon Bernthal, Elliot Page, Himesh Patel, Bill Irwin, Samantha Morton and Mia Goth and is an adaptation of the Homerian epic from Greek mythology. Universal Pictures is releasing the film in theaters on July 17th, 2026 with production kicking off this month.
