First Trailer Released For Steven Spielberg’s The Fabelmans

Steven Spielberg returns in November with his semi-autobiographical drama The Fabelmans, and the first trailer for the film is online. Universal Pictures released the trailer for the film this weekend, and you can check it out below.
The trailer looks at Gabriel LaBelle as Sammy Fabelman, a 16-year-old aspiring filmmaker, and his family — his artistic mother Mitzi (Michelle Williams), his successful and scientific father Burt (Paul Dano), his honorary “uncle” in Burt’s best friend Bennie (Seth Rogan), and Mitzi’s uncle Boris (Judd Hirsch). Mitzi says that “in this family, it’s the scientists versus the artists,” with Sammy on the artistic side. He sets out to make movies, which appears to cause strife in the family.
The film is directed by Spielberg from a script he co-wrote with Tony Kushner. It opens on November 23rd.
