Grace Byers Joins Cast of The Gifted Season 2

Marvel Entertainment officially announced today that Grace Byers (Empire) has joined the cast of The Gifted for Season 2. Byers is attached to play Reeva for the upcoming season.

Reeva is described as “a smart, charming, authoritative, elegant, beautiful woman who is ruthless in her efforts to fight for her people. She leads an elite band of followers and has a soft spot for her new recruits, but is still capable of extreme violence in defense of her vision.” The character is set to up with Polaris, Andy Strucker (Percy Hynes White) and the Frost sisters (Skyler Samuels) in the “Inner Circle” after a huge turn of events that took place at the end of the first season.

The Gifted Season 2 will debut later this fall on the FOX Network. The first season is currently available On Demand, FOX Now, FOX.com and Hulu.
