He-Man Arrives To Save Eternia in Final Trailer for Masters of the Universe

Following the movie’s world premiere last night in Los Angeles, Amazon MGM Studios has released the final trailer for Masters of the Universe. The new trailer offers a deeper glimpse into the amazing fantasy world, plus Prince Adam’s return to save Eternia, and his transformation into He-Man.
In the new movie, Adam (Nicholas Galitzine) has been stranded on Earth for the last 15 years, after he was sent to Earth following an attack on his home planet, Eternia, by Skeletor. After retrieving the Sword of Power, Adam must now liberate his people and defeat the evil Skeletor (Jared Leto).
Masters of the Universe Delivers the Power to Theaters Next Month
In the upcoming adaptation of the popular Mattel toyline and classic animated series produced by Filmation, Prince Adam must now return to his home, which has been shattered under Skeletor’s rule. To save his family and his world, Adam must join forces with Teela (Camila Mendes) and Duncan/Man-at-Arms (Idris Elba) and embrace his destiny by becoming He-Man, the most powerful man in the universe.
Other cast members include Alison Brie as Evil-Lyn, James Purefoy as King Randor, Morena Baccarin as The Sorceress, Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson as Malcolm/Fisto, and Kristen Wiig as the voice of Roboto. Masters of the Universe arrives in theaters on June 5.
The live-action feature is directed by Travis Knight from a script by Chris Butler, Aaron Nee & Adam Nee, and Dave Callaham. The story was crafted by the Nees, Alex Litvak, and Michael Finch.
