Jamie Lee Curtis Joins Rian Johnson’s Knives Out

In "Halloween," Jamie Lee Curtis returns to her iconic role as Laurie Strode, who comes to her final confrontation with Michael Myers, the masked figure who has haunted her since she narrowly escaped his killing spree on Halloween night four decades ago.
Jamie Lee Curtis is the latest star to join Rian Johnson’s new murder mystery Knives Out. Variety reports that Curtis, who is currently reigning atop the box office in Halloween, is joining Daniel Craig, Chris Evans, Ana de Armas, Michael Shannon and Lakeith Stanfield in the film.
Details are still sparse regarding the film, which is described as a “classic whodunit-style” modern-day murder mystery. Craig’s role will be that of a detective investigating the murder, and Curtis’ role has yet to be revealed.
Knives Out begins filming in November.
