Jason Momoa says he’s seen the fabled “Snyder Cut” of Justice League and thinks it should be released to the public. Momoa was speaking with MTV News promoting his new Apple TV series See and was asked about Zack Snyder’s cut of the film, which he previously said in August that he had seen.

“I have seen it. I’ve seen the Snyder Cut,” Momoa confirmed to the site. “I think the public needs to see it. I’m obviously indebted to Warner and DC and I don’t know how they feel about it, but as a fan, I’m very, very happy that I got to see it.”

Warner Bros. has never officially commented on the supposed director’s cut by Snyder, but Snyder himself said in April that there are several cuts of the film he worked on. Whether the cut will ever release is another question, as Warner Bros. would need to put significant money into post-production work — both in terms of completing visual effects and other aspects like color timing and audio tuning.
