Join 411’s Live 82nd Annual Golden Globes Coverage
It’s officially award season, which means that it’s time for the 82nd annual Golden Globes. I’m Jeremy Thomas, here as always, and I’ll be providing you with live coverage of the winners list. This year’s awards to honor the best of 2024 sees films like Emilia Pérez, The Brutalist, Conclave, Anora, and The Substance leading the nominees for film. Meanwhile on the TV side we have The Bear and Only Murders in the Building vying for the Comedy category and Shigun leading the way on the Drama side.
The Globes are always a funny away to start award season considering the considerable controversy they’ve accrued over the years and the non-serious reputation the ceremony has garnered as a reult, but it still tends to give an indication of which films have momentum as we head toward the Oscar nominations so it should be an illuminating night.
