Cinema Blend reports that according to production designer Neil Lamont, Lucasfilm has cancelled plans for a Star Wars spin-off set on Luke Skywalker’s home planet of Tatooine.

He said: “We were just starting our work on another Star Wars spin-off and yeah. We were actually just making our mark on Tatooine — which would have been interesting and some other new galaxies. So hopefully, if that comes back, we’ll get the chance to be able to do that further.

It’s unknown what the film would be about, but it’s possible it was the often-rumored solo film featuring Obi-Wan Kenobi, who stayed on the planet during his exile in between Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope.
