Marvel’s Eternals Sets January Disney+ Debut

Eternals is set to arrive on Disney+ next month, with the Marvel Cinematic Universe film arriving on the service next month. The film’s official Twitter account announced on Friday that the Chloe Zhao-directed film is set to arrive on January 12th, 2022.

The ensemble eon-spanning film stars Richard Madden, Gemma Chan, Kumail Nanjiani, Lauren Ridloff, Brian Tyree Henry, Salma Hayek, Lia McHugh, Don Lee, Barry Keoghan, Angelina Jolie, and Kit Harington. Since its release it has grossed $158.1 million domestically and $384.2 million worldwide so far. It is described as follows:

Marvel Studios’ Eternals features an exciting new team of Super Heroes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, ancient aliens who have been living on Earth in secret for thousands of years. Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, an unexpected tragedy forces them out of the shadows to reunite against mankind’s most ancient enemy, the Deviants.
