NBC Renews Young Rock For Season 3

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s life story is getting a third go-around, with NBC renewing Young Rock. Variety reports that NBC renewed the sitcom for a third season.

Young Rock has been a reliably moderate performer for NBC, ranking right in the middle of the pack for the 2021 – 2022 season at a 0.39 demo rating and 2.240 million viewers. The series was always considered a fairly likely renewal for the network.

The series stars Joseph Lee Anderson, Stacey Leilua, Ana Tuisila, Adrian Groulx, Bradley Constant, Uli Latukefu, Fasitua Amosa, John Tui and Matthew Willig, with Johnson appearing in bookend segments. The final episodes of season two air on May 24th.
