There Are No Plans For A Riverdale–Sabrina Crossover

Coming Soon reports that during the TCA summer press tour yesterday, The CW President Mark Pedowitz said that there would not be a crossover between Riverdale and Netflix’s The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. He added that no one in the former show would cameo in the latter.

Riverdale creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa seconded this. He said: “I think right now we’re just making sure that the shows have their own identities and own set of rules.”

Later on, Aguirre-Sacasa also said that there is another spinoff in the works for the CW, which would be “in this development cycle.” He added: “We’re still early on in the process and it will be very different from Riverdale.“
