No Time To Die Release Delayed to November Due to Coronavirus
MGM, Universal Pictures, and James Bond film producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli today announced that the release date for No Time To Die has been pushed back and delayed to November 2020. The release date was moved due to global concerns for the coronavirus. You can read the full announcement below.
The official tweet by the James Bond movie Twitter account reads, “MGM, Universal and Bond producers, Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli, announced today that after careful consideration and thorough evaluation of the global theatrical marketplace, the release of NO TIME TO DIE will be postponed until November 2020.”
The film was originally scheduled for release on April 8. The new UK release is scheduled for November 12. The US release is now slated for November 25. It stars Craig alongside Ana de Armas, Lea Seymour, Rami Malek, Christopher Waltz, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Billy Magnussen, Jeffrey Wright, Ben Whishaw & Lashana Lynch. Here’s a synopsis:
In No Time to Die, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.

The film will be released in the U.K. on November 12, 2020 with worldwide release dates to follow, including the US launch on November 25, 2020.
