Pedro Pascal Reportedly In Talks To Play Reed Richards In Fantastic Four

Pedro Pascal is set to get Fantastic, as he’s reportedly in talks to play Reed Richards in Fantastic Four. Deadline reports that the Last of Us and Mandalorian star is in talks to play the patriarch of the First Family in the upcoming MCU film.

The report makes it clear that the deal is “far from done” and that scheduling is being worked out. The report says it looks like it is moving in the right direction. Pascal has Gladiator 2 set to go into production by the end of the year, while The Last Of Us will shoot next year along with Weapons as directed by Zach Cregger.

The hope is to shoot Fantastic Four early next year and futher casting is expected to come very soon. Director Matt Shakman is in pre-production at Pinewood Studios in England.
