Ready or Not: Here I Come Sets April 2026 Release Date

Production has wrapped on Ready or Not: Here I Come, with the sequel set to bow next April. Searchlight Pictures posted to Twitter on Thursday with a photo of stars Samara Weaving and Kathryn Newton on a lawn handcuffed together with a clapper board between them, signifying the end of filming on the horror film.

The post read:

“And cut! That’s a wrap on READY OR NOT 2: HERE I COME. In theaters April 10th, 2026. #ReadyOrNot2”

The film is a follow-up to the 2019 horror hit and will see Weaving reprise her role as Grace from that film. Plot details have been kept quiet for the film, which will see the new additions of Kathryn Newton, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Shawn Hatosy, Néstor Carbonell, Kevin Durand, Olivia Cheng, David Cronenberg and Elijah Wood.

Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett are back to direct the film from a script by returning writers Guy Busick and R. Christopher Murphy. Most of the behind-the-camera talent is returning for the new film as well.
