Robert Emms Signs Onto Rogue One Prequel Series Andor

Robert Emms is headed to a galaxy far, far away with a role in the Disney+ Rogue One prequel series Andor. Deadline reports that Emms (Chernobyl, His Dark Materials) has signed on for an undisclosed role in the series, joining a cast that includes Diego Luna, Adria Arjona, Denise Gough, Genevieve O’Reilly, Stellan Skarsgard, Fiona Shaw, and Kyle Soller.

Andor centers around Cassian Andor (Luna), who was established in Rogue One, in his early days as a member of the rebellion against the Empire. Toby Haynes is directing the 12-episode first season along with Ben Caron and Susanna White, with Stephen Schiff and Tony Gilroy writing the show.

No premiere date has yet been revealed for the series.
