San Diego Comic-Con Hints at Online ‘At Home’ Edition of 2020 Convention
San Diego Comic-Con isn’t happening as normal due to COVID-19, but a new video is teasing an “At Home” edition. The annual pop culture convention posted a new video online which consists strictly of text and teases an online edition titled “Comic-Con @ Home 2020.” You can see that video below.
No details are yet available regarding the event, though last month the convention opened the Comic-Con Museum @ Home section of their official website. The announcement promised “some amazing Comic-Con Museum content, such as exclusive videos—including past events (Sense of Wonder with Jen Bartel, The Art of Shag, Will Eisner Week), and new video content created exclusively for the Museum@Home program.”
Comic-Con International announced on April 17th that the convention, which typically runs in July, would be cancelled this year for the first time in the convention’s 50 year history.
