Sergio Peris-Mencheta to Play Villain in Rambo 5: Last Blood

Rambo has his latest villain. Sergio Peris-Mencheta has been cast as the main antagonist in Rambo 5: Last Blood according to Deadline. Lionsgate and Millennium Media are behind the new film. Peris-Mencheta will play a cartel’s leader named Hugo Martinez, while Paz Vega also stars.

Rambo 5 centers on John Rambo (Stallone), who has been working on a ranch, crosses the U.S.-Mexico border to help find the kidnapped daughter of one of his close friends. He quickly finds himself up against the full might of one of Mexico’s most violent cartels.

Adrian Grunberg will direct the film from a script by Stallone and Matt Cirulnick.
