The Six Billion Dollar Man Set for May 2019 Release

Deadline.com reports that Warner Bros. has set a May 2019 release for the upcoming planned theatrical reboot of The Six Million Dollar Man, which will be titled The Six Billion Dollar Man. The film is a theatrical reboot of the popular 1970s TV show.

The Mark Wahlberg project is due out on May 31, 2019. The only other film set to open on that date is a Blumhouse horror film release from Universal Pictures.

Warner Bros. Pictures also set some other upcoming release dates for 2019, including The Sun Is Also a Star, which is due out on May 17, 2019. The film is based on a book by Nicola Yoon. Two New Line Cinema untitled horror films are also due out in 2019, including one for April 19, 2019 and another on July 3, 2019. IT: Chapter 2 was already scheduled for a September 6, 2019 release.

Another New Line Cinema film, The Kitchen, has been set for September 20, 2019. The film is an Irish mafia story set in Hell’s Kitchen, New York in the 1970s. The project stars Melissa McCarthy.
