Terminator: Dark Fate Off To Disappointing Start At Box Office

The Hollywood Reporter reports that Terminator: Dark Fate is off to a disappointing start at the box office, earning $10.6 million on Friday night (including $2.35 million from Thursday previews). The film is now projected to earn $27 million this weekend. The original projections were for a $30-$40 million opening weekend.

The film is a direct sequel to 1991’s Terminator: Judgment Day and produced by Terminator creator James Cameron.
