Tessa Thompson Joining Chris Hemsworth in Men in Black Reboot

Thor and Valkyrie are teaming up again…sort of. Tessa Thompson is joining Chris Hemsworth in Sony’s Men in Black reboot, according to THR. The two previously starred opposite each other in 2017’s Thor: Ragnarok.

The film is said to take place in London and will be set around a “new combination” of characters. Plot details are under wraps, though it is said to be more of an ensemble film than the previous three. Neither Will Smith nor Tommy Lee Jones are returning for the film.

The new film will be directed by F. Gary Gray (Straight Outta Compton, The Fate of the Furious) and was written by Matt Holloway & Art Marcum (Iron Man, Transformers: The Last Knight). It releases on June 14th, 2019.
