The Trailer For A24’s Horror Comedy Bodies Bodies Bodies Is Not a Safe Space

A24 releases its new horror comedy Bodies Bodies Bodies in August, and the official trailer and poster are online. The studio released the poster and trailer for the film as you can see below, which teases the story of a group of rich young adults who get together for a getaway and play a game that goes brutally (and apparently hilariously) wrong when someone dies, leading to a bloody night where things go off the rails.

The film was picked up after premiering at SXSW earlier this year. Directed by Halina Reijn from a script by Sarah DeLappe (based on a story by Kristen Roupenian), it stars Amandla Stenberg, Maria Bakalova, Myha’la Herrold, Chase Sui Wonders, Rachel Sennott, with Lee Pace and Pete Davidson. The official logline reads:

“When a group of rich 20-somethings plan a hurricane party at a remote family mansion, a party game goes awry in this fresh and funny look at backstabbing, fake friends, and one party gone very, very wrong.”
