YOUNG SHELDON will have a special Monday launch behind the season premiere of THE BIG BANG THEORY on Sept. 25 (8:30-9:00 PM, ET/PT). The inevitable is happening: Young Sheldon is crossing over with The Big Bang Theory before the latter says farewell. Deadline reports that Iain Armitage, Lance Barber, and Montana Jordan from the spinoff will appear in an episode of Big Bang Theory’s final season in December.

Storyline details have yet been released for the episode. Young Sheldon looks at the time before Sheldon Cooper was an adult and was living with his family in East Texas and going to high school.
