Andrade El Idolo Reacts to His AEW National Championship Triumph at Redemption

Andrade El Idolo comments on his monumental victory at AEW Redemption 2026.

As noted previously, Andrade battled Mark Davis for the AEW National Championship at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, on Sunday, July 26. The Mexican wrestler exuded confidence ahead of the match, and he lived up to it, as he blasted Davis with an El Día de los Muertos and followed it up with The DM to secure his first title in the company.

Earlier today, Andrade El Idolo took to Instagram to reflect on his victory and thank the fans in Montreal for their support last night

Here’s what he wrote:

“Para ti, Mama, para mi 👼🏻 And to everyone who supported me. We did it!!! GAD! Thanks, Montreal!”
