Ash By Elegance Steps Away From Ring At TNA Victory Road, Vacates Knockouts Title

Ash By Elegance has announced that she is stepping away from in-ring competition, vacating the TNA Knockouts Championship at Victory Road. Friday’s show opened with Ash coming out to the ring and announcing that while TNA became her family and she came to represent the company as best she could, she was no longer able to compete and would be stepping away from the ring. As such, she was relinquishing the Knockouts Championship.

Ash said it w3as an honor to perform for the TNA fans whether they cheered her or booed her and said she’ll miss them before handing over the title and leaving. Santino Marella then said that the Knockouts Tag Team Championship scheduled for tonight would move to next week’s Impact and that they would have a battle royale to determine the top two contenders for the title, who would compete later in the night. Kelani Jordan of NXT and Lei Ying Lee were the final two competitors and will battle for the now-vacant title.

Ash By Elegance won the Knockouts Championship at NXT Heatwave, and her title run ends at 34 days.
