Backstage Update on WWE Future of Bayley

There have been many questions as of late surrounding current WWE Superstar Bayley and what’s next for her, as her current contract expiration date is looming later this year. PWInsider Elite (via WrestlingInc.com) has a new update on the former WWE Women’s Champion.

According to the new report, it’s believed that Bayley is likely to stay in WWE for her next contract. Although it’s not yet confirmed that Bayley has signed a new contract, WWE reportedly expects her to be “back on the road very soon,” and she could be working again “likely within the next few weeks.”

Bayley’s return date is unknown, and WWE has not announced when the WWE Universe will be seeing her again. With Bayley’s contract rumored to expire later this year, that could potentially allow room for Bayley to finish up with WWE if she still decides to leave the promotion.

In terms of her creative plans, many individuals reportedly believe that she will continue her feud with her former tag team partner Lyra Valkyria, who has continually referenced Bayley on WWE TV in the latter’s absence.
