Former WWE Superstar and Universal Champion Braun Strowman (nee Adam Scherr) is now moving on to the next phase of his career. Per The Hollywood Reporter, the host of USA Network’s Everything On The Menu has launched his own production company, Meat Castle Media.
Scherr will run the production company with his producing partner Nick Antonicelli, in partnership with Magilla Entertainment (Beachfront Bargain Hunt). This marks Magilla’s first talent-led production venture.
Under the production venture, Antonicelli and Scher will collaborate with Magilla chief development officer Kevin Duncan, who helped develop and executive produce USA Network’s Everything on the Menu. The plan is to create new unscripted series and formats, along with podcasts spanning craft, competition, celebrity interviews, and more.
The first series produced by Meat Castle is Hands On, where Scherr will try his hand at a new, unique craft in each episode, diving headfirst into professions that power the American Dream.

Magilla Entertainment co-founder Matthew Ostrum and Laura Palumbo also said in a joint statement, “Adam’s talent, charisma, and creativity have led to great success across multiple areas of entertainment.” They added, “With Meat Castle Media, we’re working with him and Nick to develop a slate of projects that reflect Adam’s interests and values, and also match his larger-than-life presence and personality. It’s been an exciting start, and we’re eager to bring these first projects to market.”
Meanwhile, Everything on the Menu Season 2 will debut on USA Network in early summer. Season 2 of the hit series will consist of 12 episodes.
