Braun Strowman: “There Is No Tribal Chief Without Me”

Braun Strowman recently took credit for Roman Reigns’ “Tribal Chief” persona, claiming that the legendary persona wouldn’t exist without him.
Strowman and Roman Reigns are, of course, no strangers to each other. They were embroiled in a heated rivalry in 2017. At SummerSlam 2020, Reigns debuted his heel persona, as he viciously ambushed Strowman and The Fiend. At Payback, Reigns kickstarted his 1,316-day reign as Universal Champion when he pinned Strowman in a Triple Threat match.
That victory not only launched Roman’s historic reign as world champion, but it also helped usher in the Tribal Chief persona, which he would establish in the following years.
Earlier today, Braun Strowman took to social media to remind fans that there wouldn’t be a Tribal Chief without him. He wrote:
“Since it’s seems to be the hot topic in wrestling right now. Remember there is no Tribal Chief without me!!!!”
