Britt Baker Weighs In On AEW Return, Says It’s ‘Not Up To Me’

Britt Baker says that whether she comes back to AEW TV or not is not something she can make the call on. As you likely know, the former AEW Women’s World Champion hasn’t beem on TV since the November 13th, 2024 episode of Dynamite. Baker has been willing to return and Tony Khan has said he’d love to have her back, but it hasn’t happened as of yet.

Baker responded to a fan on social media during Revolution about her absence. The fan noted that there were a number of returns and debuts tonight between Kenny Omega, Adam Copeland and Christian Cage, Will Ospreay, and the debut of Ronda Rousey. The fan asked Baker to “come home.”

Baker retweeted the post and wrote simply:

“Not up to me”

There’s no word as of now when Baker may return to AEW TV. She recently said that she’s not retired and is no longer a full-time dentist, saying of the latter matter:

“As much as I love the wrestling fans, they are a little passionate, sometimes for their own good and my own safety. It got a little carried away sometimes with some scary wrestling fans wanting to come kill me because I’m a bad guy.”
