Bully Ray Wonders if Becky Lynch Is Taking a Break From Wrestling Amid Contract Rumors

As previously reported, it’s believed that Becky Lynch could be leaving WWE as her contract expires this week and she has yet to sign a new deal. In the latest Busted Open Radio (via Wrestling Inc), Bully Ray speculated that Lynch may just need a break from wrestling, although he thinks AEW should make a play for her. He noted that Tony Khan should listen to pitches to bring her in and he should also be “backing up a Brinks truck” to give her a huge contract. He said:

“Maybe she needs to recharge her batteries. I think the speculation on everybody’s mind is if Becky Lynch is not in the WWE and her contract expires, what could possibly happen? Both sides, if you cannot come to an agreement right now on money, both sides are walking away with a handshake, saying, ‘Alright. Let’s take a break from one another, agreeing that we’re not going to talk to anybody else.’“
