Adam Copeland and Christian Cage teamed with Darby Allin and Steven Borden for a big eight-man tag team win on this week’s AEW Dynamite. Wednesday night’s episode opened with the AEW World Tag Team Champions joining forces with Allin and Borden to take on FTR, Kevin Knight, and Kyle Fletcher.

The nearly 15-minute match saw FTR renew their rivalry with Cage and Copeland, who won the AEW World Tag Team Titles from them at AEW Double or Nothing. Things got predictably chaotic at times and all was not entirely copacetic between FTR and the Don Callis Family members (not to mention between Knight and Fletcher), but Allin ended up as the babyface in peril late in the match. Borden eventually as able to get the hot tag and went at Dax Harwood. Cash Wheeler came in and Copeland set up for a spear, but Fletcher stopped that with a kick.

The finish saw Borden in trouble in the ring and Harwood went for a Scorpion Deathlock, but Bordan was able to get free. Harwood got shoved into the ropes and ate a chair shot from Cage behind the ref’s back. Harwood ultimately took a Coffin Drop and Scorpion Death Drop combo, with Borden getting the pinfall victory.
