Charli XCX Goes Viral With TikTok Using MJF Meme

Charli XCX brushed up against the world of pro wrestling as she used an MJF meme audio for a video that has gone viral online. The pop superstar posted the self-hyping video to her TikTok account, which uses the video of the former AEW World Champion describing his now-wife Alicia Atout.

The audio clip, which came from one of his interviews with Chris Van Vliet, has the Salt of the Earth describing Atout as, “She has a giant ass. And she’s funny, and she’s smart, and she’s one of the only people I’ve ever met that gets me.” That audio clip has become a meme in its own right, being used for audios across short-form video platforms.

While Charli XCX has not overtly crossed over into wrestling before, her work has made itself known in the business. Her Grammy-winning EDM/pop song “Von Dutch” was used as the theme song for the 2025 Royal Rumble. She has had a busy year thus far, doing the soundtrack for Wuthering Heights as well as her eighth studio album Music, Fashion, Film which released on Friday with her tour set to kick off in September.

Meanwhile, MJF has been off TV since he lost the AEW World Championship to Kenny Omega at the Beach Break episode of AEW Dynamite. Tony Khan said earlier this week that he expects MJF back “very soon.”
