It’s been two years since Chris Bey suffered a serious neck injury, and the TNA star reflected on his journey since on social media. Bey suffered a broken neck a TNA Impact taping on October 27th, 2024. Bey has not returned to the ring since, though he has made a number of appearances for TNA and remains focused on his recovery so he can return eventually.
Bey posted to his Twitter account on Tuesday to commemorate the anniversary. He wrote:
“Day 730… 2 YEARS!
2 years ago my life changed forever with a tragic injury. Truth is, my story began that day. My new story. The Greatest Story Ever Told. I’m forever grateful for the love every single one of you has given me. None of this is possible without God, without the incredible doctors, PTs & OTs, and the love of my life BB. Year 1 was about learning to walk again. Defying the odds. Learning to function again. Year 2 was about challenging myself in the gym. Year 3? Only God knows. Stick with me on this never ending journey, I’ll be sure to keep motivating you, and even more certain I’ll keep surprising you. Thank you. I love you. #GSET”
Bey appeared at TNA Bound For Glory 2025 to announce the attendance for the show.
On behalf of 411, our best wishes to Chris Bey as he continues his road to recovery.
