Cope, Christian Cage Win Reunion Match At AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door

Cope and Christian Cage picked up a win in their reunion match at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door. The two defeated Kip Sabian and Killswitch in the opening bout of Sunday’s PPV. The finish saw Cage counter a Killswitch attempted by Sabian and push the latter up for a spear from Cope, leading to Cage getting the pin.

After the match, Cage and Cope — who have had their share of differences in AEW — shook hands and Cope went for a hug, but Cage only accepted a side hug.
