Daniel Garcia is heading to the AEW Continental Challenge Cup quarterfinals by way of a win at ROH Death Before Dishonor. Friday’s ROH PPV featured a match between Garcia and Adam Priest, with the winner set to face Claudio Castagnoli in the quarterfinals of the tournament on AEW Collision.

The match was set up after Eddie Kingston had to be pulled from the AEW Collision match with Castagnoli. Garcia and Priest battled for just under 17 minutes until Garcia was able to lock in a Dragon Tamer. Priest tried to battle out of it, but he ultimately had to tap out and give Garcia the victory.

You can see the clips from the ROH Death Before Dishonor match below. Garcia and Castangoli’s match happens on Saturday’s Collision, with the winner moving onto the semifinals.

The winner of the Continental Challenge Cup wins the title and the cup, and is entered into the AEW Continental Classic later this year.
