Following his loss in the junior tag title match at NJPW King of Pro Wrestling show, there is even more speculation that Ricochet is WWE bound. After the show, he gave an emotional interview, apologizing for losing and thanking the fans.
According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Ricochet has not made it a secret that he’s interested in WE once he’s free and clear from Lucha Underground, which should be around January 16th; that will be a 90 days after the final episode airs of the current season of Lucha Underground. It’s also telling that ACH, and not Ricochet, is teaming with Taguchi in the upcoming junior heavyweight tag team tournament.
