Ivy Nile has been off WWE Raw for a while, and a new report has some details on her contract status and possible plans for her. Nile last competed on WWE Raw on the March 9th episode as part of a WWE Women’s Intercontnental Championship #1 contenders match that was won by Bayley. Since then she has made regular appearances on WWE Main Event, most recently on the August 8th episode where she beat PJ Vasa.
According to Fightful Select, sources within WWE have indicated that her contract will expire in the fall. It’s not yet known if there has been a new deal reached or offered.
That said, sources in creative told the outlet that plans have been developed for Nile for “quite a while that would see a big change for her.” It’s not entirely clear what that means, but the plans have reportedly been in discussion in recent months and would suggest WWE wants to keep her on board.
No word as of yet when Nile will return to WWE Raw, or WWE Main Event for that matter.
