Add Drilla Moloney to the list of NJPW stars whose deals are up soon and who are exploring their options, per a new report. Fightful Select reports that the Bullet Club War Dogs member’s deal is up before Wrestle Kingdom this weekend, according to a source. Moloney is said to be interested in exploring his options.
Moloney joins fellow War Dogs David Finlay and Clark Connors as NJPW stars who are interested in fielding potential interest beyond NJPW when their contracts expire. Connors and Finlay’s deals run past Wrestle Kingdom but are expected to expire within weeks.
NJPW is interested in and hopeful of retaining all three men. Drilla Moloney, who worked a match at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door this year, has been teaming up with Shingo Takagi as the War Dragons.
