Fabian Aichner Files Trademark for “II Gladiatore”

TNA star Fabian Aichner (FKA Giovanni Vinci) has filed a new trademark.
On Tuesday, May 19, the former WWE Superstar filed an application with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) to trademark “II Gladiatore.”
Below is the description:
“IC 041: Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer.”
Fabian Aichner made his TNA debut last Thursday night on iMPACT. He arrived toward the end of the show, confronting newly crowned TNA X-Division Champion Cedric Alexander.
Aichner, who performed as Giovanni Vinci during his eight-year stint with WWE, hasn’t wrestled since December 13, 2024, when he battled Luke Gallows in a Dark match on Friday Night SmackDown.
The former Imperium member was handed his release from the company in February 2025.
