Former WWE NIL Signee AJ Ferrari Arrested On Domestic Violence Warrant

WWE NIL alumnus AJ Ferrari has been arrested once again, this time on an outstanding warrant for domestic violence and more. WOWT in Nebraska reports that Ferrari was arrested in Douglas County, Nebraska on an outstanding warrant in Lancaster County for charges of third-degree Assault by Strangulation/Suffocation of a Pregnant Woman, third degree Domestic Violence Assault, and first degree False Imprisonment.

According to the report, Ferrari was arrested near a home where he was allegedly staying on Tuesday morning. investigators were watching the home and saw a woman leave at about 10:45 AM and get into a truck. Ferrarri was observed “crawling” out of the garage and entering the rear passenger seat of the truck. Investifrors followed the trick and Ferrari was arrested during a traffic stop.

Ferrari was apparently arrested in June in Lincoln County on suspicion of flight to avoid arrest, willful reckless driving and obstructing the police. The woman has filed for a protection order against him.

Ferrari, who was previously under an NIL deal, has had multiple run-ins with the law. He was arrested in January and booked on a fugitive from justice charge, but those charges were dismissed later that week. He was charged with a count of sexual battery in 2022. Those charges, which led to his being dropped from Oklahoma State’s wrestling team, were dropped in 2023. The DA in the case cited “vicious attacks on multiple forms of social media, continuing trauma, blame, harassment, ostracism and indirect threats to her career” as the reason that the victim decided to drop the case.
